These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RCAutomSolutions website and the purchase of our digital products (software, templates, documentation).

1. General Conditions By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our products are intended for professional use in industrial automation environments.

2. Merchant of Record Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. By purchasing a product, you are also agreeing to Paddle’s Terms and Conditions.

3. License and Use When you purchase a digital product (such as an HMI template or PLC script), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your engineering projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the original files.

4. Liability Disclaimer Industrial automation involves inherent risks. The software, templates, and documentation provided by RCAutomSolutions are offered “as is” without warranties of any kind. RCAutomSolutions shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, production downtime, equipment damage, or data loss) arising from the use or inability to use our products. You are solely responsible for testing and validating all logic and interfaces before deploying them in a live industrial environment.

5. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
